Sorry if this has been asked a lot, I did search but found nothing, but then again, reddit search is poo.

The error message is: Fatal Error - exception in exception handler.

I installed it with Win 8, then upgraded to Win 10, now it wont even start.

I'm gonna reinstall it, but since it's on Steam so it takes ages to re-install, I figure'd I'd ask here first to save that time if I don't need to and that it's just a patch or something I need to download.

P.S. I'm booting through the cnc:online launcher, if that makes any difference.

Edit: nah, doesn't make a different if I boot it with or without cnc:online launcher.
