It worth to keep it, memory fix and graphical fix are still active with enboost even if you disable speedhack (like parallax)(edited) memory patch is not dependent of the speedhack Alenet. ENBoost is not the same thing as Sheson's Memory Patch. You need both. ENBoost allows your graphics card to use more of its vram, taking the load off your system ram, and helping to prevent you from reaching the 3.1gb system ram limit.
