I just played a game with Ahri, restarted my client afterwards and it made me download another patch. This patch fully reset my masteries/language filter/chat room/etc. So yeah i think it doesnt actually reset, it just starts the next phase of the patch. Besides that it will first download the patch and after that it will apply everything. And the patch is ****ing huge been an hour here at 600mb/s. Midseason is coming up soon and balance will be a bit wobbly for a patch, so consider this patch more of a setup. That - combined with their high stats from levels - allows them to carry a game a little too hard.
