On GOG - go to 'My Account', select Pillars of Eternity on your gameshelf/list - one of the available downloads should be 'Patch 1.06' (1.05->1.06 patch.) What are you seeing under available downloads for Pillars? Obsidian Entertainment have released new patch 1.05 version for Pillars of Eternity. The version 1.05 extends the character customization and sorting functions in the inventory, makes adjustments to the game balance and the user interface, etc. According to a recent post on the Paradox Interactive forums, a new patch for the console versions of Pillars of Eternity is now live on the PlayStation 4, with an Xbox One version of the update.

Pillars of Eternity updates for the final Backer DVD (1.04).
NOTE: The updates below are only intended for backers who received physical DVD versions as part of their pledges. If you purchased a DVD copy through a retail or online store, please update your game through Steam.
For all other versions of Pillars of Eternity, please update them through the platform you purchased them from, such as Steam, Mac App Store, or GOG. These patches are not supported nor compatible with any versions of the game except the Backer DVD.

Installation Instructions
For Windows and Macintosh OS X patches, simply download the file, and double-click to patch your game. For Linux, please open the tar.gz file, and view the included readme file for further instructions.
If you pledged for the White March expansion packs, please make sure you update your game to version 3.03 first before installing the expansion pack.
After installing the 3.03 patch, please visit your Products page to download the White March installer. Please note that the download is only available there for those who purchased it. If you have any problems, please don't hesitate to contact us.
